We are looking for a motivated and well spoken school leaver to join our Sales Progression Unit as a Sales Progressor. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to launch your career in the property

industry with full training and ongoing support provided. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in helping buyers and sellers reach completion on their property transactions. You will be the dedicated point of contact who keeps everything moving chasing solicitors, resolving delays, updating all parties, and making sure no case falls through the cracks.

No prior experience in property is required. What matters most is that you are a confident communicator in English, highly organised, and driven to get results.

  • Chase all parties involved in a property transaction including solicitors, Estate Agents, buyers, and sellers to obtain progress updates
  • Make regular outbound calls and send follow-up messages to keep cases moving towards completion
  • Identify blockers and delays within property chains and escalate or resolve them promptly
  • Provide clients with clear and regular updates on the status of their case via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Record all case updates, notes, and actions accurately on the internal tracker
  • Liaise with Estate Agents to relay case progress and flag any issues affecting the transaction
  • Follow up on outstanding documents, mortgage offers, searches, and solicitor actions
  • Support the Business Unit Head with any additional tasks as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A positive, can do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Self motivated and driven to follow up until a task is completed
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering a high standard of work
  • Basic computer literacy , able to use email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
  • A genuine interest in building a career in a Technology firm within the property market

Requirements
  • School leaver or recent graduate , no prior work experience required
  • Good command of English , spoken and written
  • Must be available to work UK hours: Monday to Friday, 1:30pm to 10:30pm
  • Salary pegged in GBP
