Job Summary: The Entry Representative in Sales Support is responsible for assisting the sales support team by performing administrative and clerical tasks. They help in maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and scheduling sales meetings and appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Entry Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Basic understanding of sales principles and practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
