We’re actively seeking a talented Sales Process Lead, to join our Sales Process Optimization Fusion Team. This role is hybrid working from Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
As a Sales Process Lead, you’ll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by joining a cross functional team to drive sales process optimization. You will fill a role that sits on a team of 6 people in the Consumer Markets division. Your colleagues will include fellow marketing, technology, sales and product professionals.
How you’ll help move us forward:
• Act as business lead on multiple key initiatives of the team

• Drive daily interaction and execution

• Be the first point of contact with business partners and stakeholders
• Day-to-day vision communication and make tactical go/no-go decisions
• Gather feedback from stakeholders while continuing to monitor progress to provide the best possible user experience
The experience you bring:
• 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution

• 4yr College Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Self-driven with ability to work independently

• Ability to drive accountability and lead projects

• Customer oriented

• Strong working knowledge of:

• Annuity and/or Life Products

• Salesforce

• Seismic

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
