Responsibilities:
- Manage item creation process in the system, ensuring accuracy of the item attributes such as EPH, product category, supplier, cost, list price, currency and similar details.
- Assist in the preparation & distribution of product price books.
- Regularly maintain and update product pricing in the system (Oracle), Lotus Notes and Sharepoint.
- Regulate and facilitate access to Price Books and other documents stored in Sharepoint
- Keep track of item prices and costs by compiling, updating, and maintaining data in the masterfile, ensuring that all price and cost changes, as well as discontinuations, are accurately recorded.
- Efficiently resolve pricing issues and inquiries received from the Market Units and Supply Chain Team.
- Engage frequently interact with product managers, factory contacts, MU sales, supply chain, finance and oracle team to ensure accurate execution of price books, item creation, cost updates, maintenance, revisions and publication processes.
- Assists in preparation of price audits documentation
- Identify opportunities for process optimization for continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with the team to implement best practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in business administrations, with basic understanding of cost, price and margins.
- At least 3 years of working experience in pricing related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management software (Oracle or similar systems) is a MUST.
- Must have excellent data management and analytical skills, problem solving skills, strategic / critical / root cause thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
Skills Required
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in pricing-related roles
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with data management systems such as Oracle
