Your role at Clorox:

This role will own the overarching sales strategy and go-to-market execution across our entire eCommerce retail ecosystem. As the strategic leader, you will drive revenue growth and market share across pure play and omnichannel retail partners including Amazon, Walmart.com, and Instacart.
This high visibility role requires strategic influence with senior leaders, best in class cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless growth mindset. Serving as the connective tissue between business unit leadership, brand strategy, finance, and customer sales leaders, you will create unified go-to-market frameworks, optimize financial trade-offs, and ensure frictionless commercial execution at scale. The role is highly cross-functional and commercially oriented, with approximately half of the work focused on internal strategy, planning, and resource alignment and half focused on customer partnership and execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and lead multi-year commercial eCommerce customer growth plans across all eCom customer channels.
  • Establish standardized frameworks for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional strategies, and line extensions across all digital accounts.
  • Improve channel specific unit economics by partnering with finance, revenue management and brand management teams evaluating cross channel pricing, price pack architecture, retail media investments, and trade terms
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to align on priorities, unlock opportunities, and drive follow-through on key decisions and next steps.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, frame trade-offs, maximize ROI and guide teams toward the best path forward while securing the resources needed to execute.
  • Bring eCommerce channel insights, market trends, customer data, and performance learnings into broader category and national planning discussions.

What we look for:

  • 5-7 years of experience in CPG: sales planning, sales strategy, commercialization strategy, eCommerce strategy, customer planning, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience translating business priorities into customer growth plans, commercial strategies, or go-to-market recommendations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to align senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and customer stakeholders.
  • Comfort using financial acumen, customer data, category insights, and marketplace trends to shape decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with innovation, sales and operations planning, retail marketplaces, category selling, customer business planning, or digital commerce analytics tools such as Stackline, Profitero, IRI, or panel data.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; approximately 25% travel expected.
