To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Performance Specialist, budget and forecast (m/w/d) in Hamburg.
Key responsibilities:
- Build monthly sales forecast by region and channel, improving forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
- Translate the appointment pipeline into reliable revenue projections across the funnel.
- Develop scenario simulations to estimate the impact of commercial initiatives on sales performance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance to ensure structural alignment of demand, capacity and cost.
- Ensure sustainable delivery of sales targets through structural alignment of funnel forecasting, capacity and cost.
- Support the design and performance monitoring of store incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
- Improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility.
- Determine required staffing levels per store based on diary sufficiency analysis
- Enable proactive workforce planning.
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll need:
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and funnel logic.
- Solid financial acumen (P&L understanding).
- Scenario planning capability.
- Advanced Excel capability.
- Strong business partnering mindset.
- Field exposure or direct experience with store/sales operations strongly recommended.
- Business fluency in English & German
