The Role

With a rapidly growing food and grocery delivery platform, we are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our team and help us take our sales and account management performance to the next level.

With a rapidly growing food and grocery delivery platform, we are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to join our team and help us take our sales and account management performance to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will track the performance of sales and account management teams across different markets, identifying best practices and supporting underperforming teams with clear action plans to close gaps and drive growth.
  • You will design and manage bonus schemes and incentive structures that are aligned with company objectives, motivating teams to deliver results while ensuring consistency and fairness across all markets.
  • You will work closely with account managers, helping them to drive vendor growth , Ops excellence,  and retention through better management of their portfolio. This includes supporting upsell and cross-sell strategies, increasing order frequency, and negotiating impactful promotions .
  • You will deliver regular performance reviews to senior management, providing insights into pipeline health, vendor activity, and revenue contribution, while recommending improvements to increase the effectiveness of our sales and account management efforts.
  • You will partner with the product and data teams to shape a scalable roadmap for our partner applications — covering payouts, invoicing, automated weekly reports, and the integration of key performance metrics to enable long-term growth and operational efficiency
  • You will collaborate with the heads of sales, and account management to ensure full alignment on objectives, KPIs, and execution, and act as the go-to expert for anything related to sales performance.

What you Need?

  • Solid experience in sales performance management, sales operations, or account management strategy, ideally within a marketplace or on-demand delivery environment.
  • Strong grasp of incentive design, performance KPIs, and strategies to empower commercial teams.
  • Proven track record of driving results through actionable insights and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, able to manage priorities independently while staying execution-focused.
  • Comfortable working closely with product and tech teams to co-develop tools, features, and scalable processes that enhance internal efficiency and improve the partner experience

What you need to be successful

  • Passionate about the food and grocery delivery industry and eager to make an impact in a fast-growing marketplace.
  • Have 5-8 years of experience in sales management, sales operations, or account management optimization.
  • Excited by the challenge of joining a high-growth, dynamic environment and contributing to its success.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and capable of using data to back up opinions and drive decisions.
  • Execution-focused, with a proven record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity and maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
  • Experience with incentive design, sales rewards, or people performance analytics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g., SQL, BI dashboards) is a plus but not a core requirement — focus is on actionable insights, not technical implementation.
