Position Description:
Assure metrics execution and commercial policy controls through KPI´s (sales performance, sell in , sell out, ) and business analysis across Elanco organization and platforms.
Assist the area with deep analysis and connection across Elanco Systems and platforms promoting valuable business insights which support to achieve business goals.
Maximize company’s results providing the best analysis and solutions to supporting business strategy, decisions, and implementation.
Functions, Duties, Task:
- Assist in the Commercial Excellence Project with implementation of commercial policy metrics, systems with Elanco Sales team and customers. Leading with stakeholders’ adjustments and metrics required in the system as needed by the business.
- Monitor sizing tools and allocations of BI analytics systems.
- Verify and communicate effectively KPI´s and metrics for distributor policy and sales teams’ execution.
- Provide Support and link activities between Finance area to comms excellence: commercial policy execution, metrics, dashboards, and collaboration with CE Manager: calculation of rebates for distributors, support, and management of commercial controls.
Key player in creation and dashboards updating sales results, consolidate KPI´s from different areas and communicate information to promote data driven decisions.

Price policy analysis
Regular processes with Girovet & Mercadata
Data sent from sap to Girovet.
Data sent from distributor to Mercadata. (reminders and data analysis)
Creation and deletion of users, data validation.
Registration and replacement of new families and product catalogue
Creation of distributors profiles and sales zone allocation
Uploading of targets for distributors and representatives
Inventory analysis.
Diverse analysis for business unit’s requirements.
Key Technical responsibilities:
Request for correction and updating of systems with responsible teams (Mercadata / Girovet / internal teams, finance)
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher on Engineering, Economy, Business Administration, Finance, actuary statistics, and correlates.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
- Cross-function working with previous experience in Market analysis.
- Proved planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimal 1 year of experience as sales analyst.
- Advanced Excel, Access skills (including Macros) as well as many other systems and tools (SAP, Tableau, Power BI my SQL).
- Ongoing development to maintain latest technology and analytical platforms/tools.
