You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
- Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
- Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
- Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
- Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
- Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth objectives in Costa Rica.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive sales.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure compliance with financial objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams and leadership.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in People, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Ideal experience as Sales Business Partner or Similar roles
- Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of the Costa Rican market and its dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with difficult stakeholders.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of the business and ability to make strategic decisions.
- Innovation: Innovative mindset and ability to identify and propose creative solutions.
- Experience working at Mondelēz (highly valued).
