Summary

As a Sales Operations Manager at Pismo, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales operations function. This hands-on role will focus on supporting our sales leaders and teams through operational execution and improvement of sales processes, systems and data to drive growth and efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes and workflows
  • Manage our Sales CRM data to ensure data accuracy and effective usage
  • Lead a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for sales regions with forecast reviews, pipeline analysis, and operational enhancements, etc.
  • Drive operational excellence through best practice sharing and process adoption across the sales organization
  • Operate as an agent of change, driving timely and effective communication to all cross-functional stakeholders
  • Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports
  • Provide tools, resources, and training to support and enable the sales team
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators
  • Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes and policies
  • Ensure alignment between sales and other departments - e.g. Finance
  • Conduct regular audits of sales data to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Support the sales team throughout the end-to-end commercial process
  • Assist in streamlining the sales cycle and improving sales efficiency
  • Provide insights based on data analysis to guide sales strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales operations; technology, Fintech, or B2B SaaS is helpful
  • Proficiency in Sales CRM tools; bonus points for MS Dynamics
  • Exceptional skills in sales analytics or other data tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Experience with sales forecasting and planning methodologies
  • Experience in proposal generation and contract management
  • Strong documentation and process management skills
