Job Description

Grab is looking for an experienced SalesForce Transformational Strategy and Implementation Analyst to join us as a SFDC and Sales Tools expert to support our rapidly evolving and growing business. Responsibilities include translating cross-vertical and cross-functional business requirements into working SalesForce tools, strategising and defining solutions that meet both near and long-term business needs and objectives, and guiding business stakeholders and client-facing sales teams through workshops to ensure implementation success. You’ll help our business stakeholders achieve success through defining the SFDC strategy for their business needs and end users throughout each stage of the implementation process. 

A successful candidate in this role must have the ability to think strategically and effectively to develop thought leadership around SFDC and the general sales process, as well as the grit and problem-solving abilities to deep dive in certain topics as required. This individual must be passionate about solving matrix organization operational model.

As the SalesForce Strategy Implementor in the Sales Operations team

  • You will be an integral member of the regional team based in Singapore and will drive SalesForce roadmap planning, operations and execution processes with cross-functional and cross-vertical teams. 

  • You will play a key role in defining and enforcing the governance and SOPs around SalesForce within the Grab Merchants organization, which includes drafting out SOP policy documentation and guidance.

  • You will be the central point of contact for Merchants on all SalesForce related projects, and you will lead the execution of key deliverables on SalesForce related projects (including the status and outlook on each active project), according to committed timelines. 

  • You will be the central point of contact who supports Grab sales teams and leadership on SalesForce-related issues.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • 5 to 8 years of work experiences in Sales Operations functions

  • Previous experience with SalesForce, ticketing systems and CRM systems and any sales excellence tools

  • Any relevant SalesForce Certifications e.g. Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Certified SalesForce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Certified SalesForce Administrator etc

  • Ability to use internal tools and industry tools to manage projects and communication effectively.

  • Experience in strategic planning and strong business acumen, project management skills and the ability to lead multiple high profile projects of varying timelines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can be applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures. Experience working in Southeast Asia is a big plus.

  • Proactive, resourceful and open-minded, with superior analytical thinking and problem solving skills, enjoy taking up challenges and developing creative solutions working comfortably in the face of ambiguity and a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior, cross-functional and cross-vertical stakeholders throughout the company through exceptional relationship and consensus building skills.
