Adopted by hundreds of manufacturers in thousands of products, Dante is the de facto standard for modern AV connectivity.

You’ll find us in the largest companies and institutions like the Sydney Opera House, NFL Media Headquarters, Microsoft, major universities and even a 900-year old cathedral featured in Harry Potter.

What You’ll Be Working On 

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the Sales & Operations Administration team. You'll also act as an individual contributor by processing orders, invoicing clients, processing shipments, following up shipments related inquiries from clients and suppliers, updating and maintaining customer records and handling accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and train the Sales & Operations Administration team.
• Manage daily task allocations and ensure a highly engaged and productive team.
• Assist sales operations team in internal and external issue resolution or escalation.
• Develop strategies to address data cleansing and standardization challenges.
• Utilise NetSuite to enter sales orders, purchase orders, issue invoices, and generate open order reports.
• Work with the Finance team to resolve credit management issues.
• Partner with the Sales team to work on order allocations and to enable Sales productivity.
• Develop and grow the team to support the business needs as Audinate expands.
• Develop, document, and improve business processes to drive efficiencies.
• Monitor, manage, and resolve customer issues if they occur and act as a customer advocate across the organisation.
• Process customer orders with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets set for order fulfillment metrics
• Support timely and accurate execution of billing and observing all compliance related processes and controls.

What we're looking for

• Diploma/Degree in Administration, or relevant qualifications in a related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated team leadership and coaching skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to solve problems and deliver well-designed solutions
• Experience with O365 suite, Salesforce (CPQ) and NetSuite or equivalent ERP system
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Mandarin or Cantonese an advantage.
• Ability to foster positive rapport across multiple departments and staff levels
• Ability to support internal and external customers as well as communicate and interact effectively with multinational team members and customers in a global environment
• Solution oriented, self-starter that can succeed working independently in a highly dynamic environment.
