Job Description
Pay Rates Starting between: $86,825 - $90,000 / year
The purpose of this job is to lead the execution of sales operational support initiatives and projects, and manage the sales teams processes within the divisions of Lubricants, SCF branded and carlock.
- Develop a consistent go-to-market strategy, to include a value proposition and strong messaging to prospects/customers
- Collaborate with brand and marketing on the design and implementation of external communications with Lubricants, SCF branded and Cardlock
- Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managerment system administrator to ensure communications tools are utilized effectively
- Collaborate with appropriate pyramids on the oversight and direction of activity including onboarding new team members and attending company conferences, trucking events, and conventions
- Monitor lead lifecycles and ensure proper lead routing and assignment to sales teams
- Collaborate with brand and marketing team to facilitate external marketing to include collateral and website presence-
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposal and recommendations on tactics
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, in business, communications or operations management preferred
- Minimum five years of operational experience encompassing Project Management skills with an emphasis on Internal and External sales and marketing strategy required
