As a Senior Staff Sales Operations Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support our commercial teams, leading strategic initiatives and enhancing regional effectiveness. In this role, you'll guide data-driven decision making, develop and implement tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency, and build strong relationships across the organization. You'll analyze market dynamics, track KPIs, and help identify new business opportunities while supporting reputation and branding initiatives. Working closely with commercial directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders, you'll help shape our competitive strategy and ensure we're exceeding customer expectations in a dynamic marketplace.
Requirements:
Master's Degree plus 12 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
Preferred Fields of Study: business, science, or related field
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be considered as a plus
Demonstrated success in analyzing complex data and delivering measurable business impact
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases
Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives
Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly for executive-level audiences
Deep understanding of biotech/pharma landscape and market dynamics
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
Ability to travel up to 40-70% as required by position

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
