Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Your deliverables as a Sales Operations Analyst will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Resolving issues raised by the sales organization via the Sales Operations Support Services ticket queue.

  • Partake in weekly Executive Deal Desk meetings in an administrative function to ensure all points are captured, and the CRM system is updated accordingly with actions to be followed on.

  • Work with business partners in the creation of quality reports and analysis based on their needs – e.g. focus opportunity reports from Salesforce.com, and sales performance metrics in Microsoft Excel.

  • Gather requirements and suggest appropriate solutions

  • Contribute to continually improve business processes

  • Provide regional sales with ad-hoc Salesforce.com and pricing training

  • Assist in the documentation of CRM tool change requests – Business Requirements, Test Scripts, etc.

  • Assist in pre-production testing of CRM change requests.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from a top-tier university, ideally within an analytical or mathematical discipline

  • 1-5 years of experience

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of the role CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) have within the sales organization

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sales or sales operations environment within a software organization
