The Role

Overview:

  • Workstyle: Remote

  • Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations Excellence

  • Travel Expectations:  Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events.

  • Physical Requirements/Demands: This is a primarily sedentary, home-based role that requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer. The role involves regular use of standard office equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.

  • Application Period Disclosure:

We are accepting applications for this role on a rolling basis and will continue to do so until the position is filled. We encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible for full consideration.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to ensure the efficiency, scalability, and integrity of our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) engine. This role is a central operational hub, focusing on optimizing systems, processes, and data quality across the full customer lifecycle—from initial lead engagement through opportunity management and customer retention. You'll be the champion for cross-functional alignment, using technology and data to drive predictable revenue growth.

We're searching for a dedicated specialist with a strong blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills who can serve as the operational backbone for our revenue teams.

  • Experienced in Sales systems (CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms, etc.), guidelines, and procedures.

  • Tool-savvy and capable of mastering new platforms and systems quickly, serving as a primary administrator for prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo) and ensuring seamless integration with the core CRM.

  • Process-focused and committed to documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

  • Comfortable with data analysis and adept at drawing insights to influence action and identify bottlenecks.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to influence across levels without direct authority.

  • A positive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a desire to drive team-wide improvement.

  • A team player who values a positive Inker Experience (IX) and outstanding Customer Experience (CX).

What you’ll do:

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and continuous optimization of the tools and processes that power our GTM teams.

System & Process Optimization
  • Lead Management: Design, build, maintain, and optimize lead routing logic across the CRM and Marketing Automation Platform to ensure immediate and accurate assignment.

  • Lifecycle Governance: Manage and govern the Lead and Contact Lifecycle stages to facilitate clear, documented handoffs between Marketing, Sales Development (SDR/BDR), and Sales.

  • System Administration: Serve as a primary administrator for prospecting and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo) and ensure their seamless integration and functionality within the core CRM environment.

Data Integrity & Reporting
  • Data Strategy: Develop and implement data enrichment and lead scoring strategies to ensure the quality and prioritization of all inbound and outbound prospects.

  • Governance: Ensure the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of data across all GTM systems, focusing on deduplication, standardization, and governance.

  • Documentation: Document all RevOps processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Analytics: Develop, maintain, and automate key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for executive and operational review.

Analysis & Strategy
  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for improvement in the end-to-end revenue funnel.

  • Strategic Reporting: Provide actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to help them optimize their strategies and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

How you’ll be measured:

  • Increased sales team performance, including sales, accuracy, responsiveness, and tNPS

  • Successful delivery and adoption of new tools, processes, and training

  • Inker Experience and Customer Experience (IX/CX) satisfaction scores

  • Speed and effectiveness of onboarding and ramp-up for new Sales team members

  • Operational harmony across Sales and Support teams

  • Improvements to key KPIs such as Setup for Success, external accuracy, and contribution to profit growth

  • Feedback from Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

How you’ll make a difference:

You won't just be managing systems; you will be the engine that drives predictable growth and cross-functional success.

  • You'll be the architect of alignment, ensuring that every handoff from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success is smooth, clear, and documented, thereby accelerating the customer journey and enhancing the Customer Experience (CX).

  • You'll transform data into dollars by building the reporting and analytical infrastructure that allows leadership to make confident, data-backed investment decisions, directly improving the return on investment (ROI) for all GTM efforts.

  • You'll empower your colleagues by eliminating manual friction and administrative burden. By optimizing tools and processes, you free up Sales and Marketing professionals to focus on revenue-generating activities, not troubleshooting or data cleanup.

  • You'll build a scalable foundation. Your work on standardizing processes and ensuring data governance will be critical to sustaining exponential growth, ensuring that as we scale, our operations remain efficient and resilient.

Compensation:

We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.

For this salaried exempt position, the salary is $65,000-$73,000 per year.

The perks!

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Recharge with flexible paid time off policies and major paid holidays.

  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Complete Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage at a low cost through a PPO or HDHP plan to support your and your family’s well-being.

  • Employee Wellness: Access to virtual medical consultations through MDLIVE, and mental health services through some of our preferred partners.
