The Role

Job Description

In this high-growth, execution-focused company, the Sales Operations Specialist will support our sales leaders and sales teams through analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven insights. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Operations for Americas, this is an opportunity to partner closely with sales executives and senior leadership to help shape the growth trajectory of a fast-growing pre-IPO software company.  The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports that distill complex sales KPIs into clear insights aligned to board-level priorities.

  • Make data driven recommendations to improve sales productivity and performance.

  • Collaborate with finance on building, testing, and revising sales productivity and capacity models according to internal and external business trends.

  • Participate in Go-To-Market strategy, building productivity and quota models aligned to strategic objectives.

  • Partner with data visualization teams to develop C-suite-ready presentations highlighting trends, pipeline health, attainment risks, and key performance gaps.

  • Enable sales leaders with reporting that supports strategic decision-making; ensure KPIs and "Metrics that Matter" are embedded in executive QBRs and forecast reviews.

  • Collaborate with data integrity teams to audit and enhance reporting accuracy; proactively surface risks or anomalies in executive-facing outputs.

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders by translating data into actionable recommendations that inform high-level go-to-market decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related work experience required, ideally in a publicly traded, or $100M+ ARR SaaS company.

  • Experience working with field sales organizations, finance, accounting, planning and/or operations.

  • Experience with data modeling and analysis.

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

  • Ability to self-manage, scope, prioritize & communicate operational work deliverables.

  • Clear, succinct, "value add" communication style that helps internal partners quickly understand your goals and the benefits of operational practices by linking them to business improvement.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with system architects, Data Warehouse and BI developers, translating business requirements into technical language and ensuring effective QA / UAT of data solution delivery.

  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or Information Systems

  • Preferred but not required: Big 4 Accounting Experience, MBA, CPA, Salesforce proficiency, PowerBI proficiency
