Job Description:

The Sales Operations Specialist provides administrative assistance to the sales team to ensure customers are satisfied with specific Sales Operations processes. This role will be responsible for the administrative part of customer experience and/or account management. Sales Operations Specialist will be supporting the sales team and work closely with stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance to ensure that processes are followed and maintain accurate information in the systems (SAP, CRM, ect.) .

The Sales Operations Specialist's responsibilities include Consignment Stock Management, Price and Discounts maintenance, Rebates management and any other relevant activities.

To be a successful the candidate should have good time management, organizational skills and the right mindset for process improvement and automations. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ownership of Consignment stock process

  • Ownership and maintenance of Pricing, Discount and Rebates in SAP

  • Contract management (audit proof)

  • Maintenance of contract condition in SAP and CRM

  • Provide guidance to the sales team when processes are unknow or not respected

  • Achieve Sales Operations objectives measured with specific Sales Operations KPI’s (example: time to solution , accuracy , service incident, etc.)

  • Creation of new documentation about new processes

  • Update all relevant documentation related to existing processes

Job Requirements:

• Understanding of pricing, discount and rebates concepts and related impact
• Knowledge of commercial tools like consignment stock
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Customer Service experience
• Sales Operations
• Commercial Contract management

• Fluent English, French or Italian is a plus
