We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.
He/She will be responsible for the overall sales operations and coordinate marketing and sales processes in local sales organization.
Main responsibilities:
- Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to M&S operations and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
- Training sales staff on sales related systems, databases, and associated processes,
- Focus on sales analysis and reporting including customer inquiries, competitor’s moves, market trends, investments,
- Works together with Business Unit and Country counterparts to make optimization plan for the local sales organization to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process.
Requirements:
- Very good communication skills / Fluency in English language both written and oral.
- Experience in sales, marketing and administration
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or administration.
- Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
