The Sales Operations and Logistics Specialist is responsible for enabling the commercial success of the international sales organization across the Gulf region. This role drives operational excellence by delivering actionable insights, optimizing operational and logistic processes, and ensuring effective utilization of SF systems and sales tools. 
 
The role partners closely with Gulf regional sales leadership and with Finance, Legal, Export and Logistics teams to support strategic planning, forecasting, performance tracking, and execution of commercial initiatives across Gulf markets to achieve revenue objectives. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide operational and analytical support to sales teams across the Gulf region. 

  • Develop and deliver sales performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making. 

  • Lead SF optimization initiatives to enhance pipeline visibility, data accuracy, and sales efficiency. 

  • Automate reporting and sales processes to improve productivity and scalability. 

  • Coordinate and prepare regional business reviews in collaboration with FP&A and Finance teams. 

  • Deliver insights and commentary on key opportunities, large deals, and contract performance. 

  • Support regional sales planning and forecasting processes with accurate and timely data. 

  • Analyze market and sales trends across Gulf region to identify growth opportunities and risks. 

  • Support the definition and tracking of sales quotas across markets. 

  • Work on timely receiving of POs from distributors, and processing with Dist. Intl to get SO. 

  • Work with Regulatory and Finance teams to release SO. 

  • Work with Export teams on product allocation taking into consideration approved shelf life and country of origin. 

  • Work with Export teams to apply special instructions related to Incoterms and any data loggers requirements. 

  • Ensure shipments are either picked up or delivered to end users against POD depending on business model to guarantee proper revenue recognition. 

  • Work on consignment stocks to manage inventory and shelf-life issues. 

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field. 

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, commercial operations, order management, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, or multinational environment. 

  • Strong experience with Salesforce (SF) or similar CRM systems, including pipeline management, data accuracy, reporting, and dashboard development. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is an advantage. 

  • Good understanding of order-to-cash processes, including purchase orders, sales orders, product allocation, shipment coordination, proof of delivery, and revenue recognition requirements. 

  • Working knowledge of logistics and export processes, including Incoterms, country-of-origin requirements, shelf-life considerations, and shipment documentation. 

  • Experience working with distributors and cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, FP&A, Regulatory, Legal, Export, and Logistics. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced regional environment. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different Gulf markets and functions. 

  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, continuous-improvement mindset. 

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
