Responsabilidades principales:
  • Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de pedidos abiertos durante todo su ciclo de vida.

  • Revisar y validar pedidos, asegurando que la información sea correcta y completa.

  • Investigar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con pedidos bloqueados o detenidos en los sistemas.

  • Priorizar pedidos según las necesidades del negocio y el impacto en el cliente.

  • Supervisar la disponibilidad de producto y apoyar los procesos de asignación de stock.

  • Colaborar con los equipos de Ventas, Compras y Operaciones para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega.

  • Mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas internos.

  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos y adaptarse a nuevas herramientas y formas de trabajo.

  • Realizar tareas administrativas y operativas de soporte al negocio.

  • Experiencia previa en puestos administrativos, operaciones, atención al cliente, soporte comercial o funciones similares.

  • Nivel de inglés que permita mantener conversaciones y colaborar en un entorno internacional.

  • Buen manejo de Excel.

  • Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle.

  • Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con diferentes departamentos y stakeholders.

  • Capacidad para gestionar varias tareas simultáneamente y adaptarse a cambios de prioridades.

  • Actitud proactiva, ganas de aprender y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
