Job Description
The Finance department is looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Planning analyst to join its Performance Management team (5 people) for the Western Europe region (France, UK/Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium/Luxembourg).
MISSION
- Reports to the team leader of the Performance Management team for Western Europe
- Support the Performance Management team on its core development axes (Sales/AM targeting and incentives, business planning, field efficiency & effectiveness)
- Improve and industrialize the targeting & incentives process for sales reps, in coordination with HR and the regional Chief Commercial Officer
- Monitor the commercial activity & performance through the CRM (signings vs targets, pipeline management, productivity & effectiveness)
- Improve data quality and reinforce process synergies with the regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and HQ Sales Operations team
- Produce and maintain dashboards for the regional executive team, country managers, FP&A, middle management, commercial, risk and litigation teams
- Promote dataviz and drive change towards self-reporting at all levels of the organization
- Optimize data sourcing and automate maintenance through SQL to optimize bandwidth for business analysis and insights
- Support ad hoc requests/initiatives from management and functional teams (sales & account managers, marketing, transformation office, finance, group HQ)
Qualifications
- Master 2 in corporate finance or business studies, with a first 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations or Business Planning environment
- Strong interest for Business Intelligence (Business Objects), Data Vizualization (Qlik Sense, PowerBI) and Data Virtualization (Denodo)
- Ability to practice/learn SQL querying and data modeling in Qlik/PowerBI, in close collaboration with the company's IT department
- Business minded, analytical, assertive, clear-sighted, ability to decipher the essentials and challenge the status quo to highlight risks/opportunities
- Solutions oriented and willingness to contribute to the transformation of Coface in direct interaction with operational teams in the field
- Creativity and ability to make proposals to simplify, automate and industrialize our reporting tools & processes
- Team player, enjoys working closely with others, natural curiosity, willingness to learn and help, commitment, resilience & pragmatism, humility
- Ability to interact with different audiences in different countries (top & middle management, sales, marketing, finance, underwriting, risk, litigation)
- Good communication skills, very good level in French and English to exchange via emails and lead meetings / conf. calls with the region and group HQ
