Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and hands-on leader to drive Sales Operations and Planning excellence across two OpCos within the DX platform.

This role is accountable for end-to-end commercial execution backbone, including:

  • Sales order processing excellence
  • Demand and supply planning coordination
  • Distributor screening and compliance support
  • Sunshine platform master data maintenance

The position plays a critical role in ensuring customer commitment (OTD), operational discipline, and scalable processes, while enabling data-driven decision making and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Order Process Excellence

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end sales order process (order creation → fulfillment → delivery readiness)
  • Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution across OpCos
  • Establish and maintain standard SOPs and workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as key interface across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service

2. Demand & Supply Planning Leadership

  • Lead demand and supply planning coordination, ensuring alignment between:
    • Sales targets
    • Order pipeline
    • Supply capability
  • Drive planning discipline and forecast accuracy improvement
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain on S&OP alignment and execution cadence
  • Manage key planning metrics such as OTD, backlog, and inventory health (e.g., DIOH where relevant)
  • Provide clear trade-off recommendations under constraints (revenue vs supply vs customer commitment)

3. Distributor Screening & Compliance Support

  • Lead execution of distributor screening processes (e.g., CPTK or equivalent governance framework)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain distributor master data and documentation readiness for audit
  • Partner with channel management teams to ensure proper qualification and ongoing governance

4. Cross-functional Execution & Control Tower

  • Act as end-to-end control tower leader across Sales Ops, Planning, and key interfaces
  • Drive weekly/monthly operational cadence (e.g., demand-supply review, backlog tracking, delivery risk mitigation)
  • Ensure clear RACI and decision governance across functions
  • Resolve cross-functional conflicts with structured problem-solving and fact-based decisions

5. Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead process standardization across OpCos, ensuring scalable and consistent practices
  • Champion DBS / Lean / Kaizen methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Identify and implement digital / system enhancements (e.g., automation, reporting tools)
  • Establish clear KPI framework and performance tracking

6. Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop a team of ~10 associates across Sales Ops and Planning
  • Define clear roles & responsibilities (RACI), KPIs, and performance expectations
  • Build strong capabilities in:
    • Operational execution
    • Planning and analytics
    • Stakeholder management
  • Drive a culture of:
    • Ownership & accountability
    • Continuous improvement
    • Customer-centric mindset

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • 8–12+ years (Senior Manager) or 10–15+ years (Director) in:
    • Sales Operations / Commercial Excellence
    • Supply Chain / Planning
    • Channel or distributor management
  • Proven experience in leading multi-functional teams (8–10+ people)
  • Strong track record in:
    • Sales order process management
    • Demand & supply planning
    • Cross-functional execution
