Responsibilities :
JOB SUMMARY
Sales operation planner is supporting the sales operations team in managing country allocations.
The component shortages crisis is creating extra workload to the team.
KEY METRICS
On time allocation – sales feedback
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Business priorities
- Execute on product allocation validating that sales are following their allocation (month / quantity at model level)
- Track at country level that we receive orders in front of allocation
- Maintain the allocation files
- Participate actively into weekly operational meetings (operations with supply chain, sales executives)
- Reporting
- Report to Demand planning manager the status on allocations
- Understand how to leverage existing tools (Power BI tools)
- Work with different key stakeholders:
- Demand planning team to understand the country allocations
- Supply chain planning to understand incoming supply
- Countries sales or wholesaler managers
- Planning operations teams to understand availability timing, production execution timing and any other information that could impact the commitment to sales.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience, preferably in IT/Supply Chain
- APICS, business school in material management, supply chain background
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Strong level of Excel and Power BI knowledge is mandatory
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
