Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies, plans and initiatives for Brazilian advertising operations to maximize revenue growth and profitability.
-Linkage with the sales team to promote the implementation of sales management policies. -Responsible for advertising revenue accounting, interpreting relevant accounting policies, and completing revenue accounting.
- Create and maintain operational processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines for the sales team. - Manage the sales budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales objectives.
-Maintain good communication with headquarters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data to drive decision making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Chinese native speakers and Portuguese.、
