To support the rapid growth of RELEX’s go-to-market organizations, we are now looking for a full-time Sales Operations Manager. Together with a global team of sales operations and enablement professionals, you will focus on improving the productivity of our sales team by streamlining sales processes, ensuring adoption of sales tools, providing tactical support, and driving cross-functional alignment.

This role requires a blend of project management and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to achieve results. You have a fundamental interest in sales and have probably worked directly with sales, customer success or marketing in a previous role. With an eye for detail, you enjoy getting your hands dirty but also know when to step back and look at the broader picture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Process Optimization: Constantly re-evaluate our current sales processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes when applicable.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM.
  • Data quality: Ensure sales data is accurate in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools by validating data entry processes, monitoring sales data for errors and initiating corrective actions when needed.
  • Adoption: Provide training to the sales team on sales process, tools usage and best practices, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
  • Support: Act as a tactical partner to account executives and sales managers, providing them with the daily support they need to manage and close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all revenue-generating activities.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Tech, Communication, Economics or similar)
  • 2-5 years of work experience from consulting, an international tech company, or similar (experience in SaaS business is a plus)
  • High proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (English)
  • Proven track record of suggesting and implementing process improvements
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Ability to work in an organized way and to prioritize initiatives

What we consider as an advantage: (Optional)

  • Experience administering CRM systems or other sales tools
  • Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Revenue Operations
