About Marker Learning:

Marker Learning is on a mission to make learning disability (e.g. dyslexia) assessments and diagnosis easier and more affordable for schools and parents. About this Role:

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will join our direct-to-consumer sales business to analyze large sets of data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to ensure our team meets and exceeds goals. You will play a crucial role in our sales operations including forecasting, planning, reporting, compensation modeling, and developing and improving sales systems and processes.Your work will be critical in assisting the sales leadership team with initiatives, revenue generation, and KPI and sales activity tracking.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyze data and build reporting to support the sales team
  • Assist in managing and setting sales goals, projections, and sales forecasts
  • Create and manage automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
  • Build accurate, real-time reporting to understand sales performance
  • Manage and support the effective use of Hubspot, Regal, Calendly, Zapier, and other tools to measure & improve sales force productivity/compliance.

Qualities of the ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years experience working in Sales Operations in a high-friction, direct-to-consumer sales environment with a strong understanding of sales processes
  • Experience designing and building simple and complex data visualizations that can be easily understood
  • Ability to interpret sales data and conduct creative analyses to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience with financial modeling and analytical tools such as MS-Excel and similar Google Workspace applications; experience writing SQL a plus!
  • Highly organized, with an innate ability to juggle many things at once.
  • Willingness to get into the weeds, be scrappy, and always be a team player.
