Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Manager II - Apple will provide critical operational and analytical support to ensure Boost Mobile's success with a key e-commerce or retail partner, Apple. This role is responsible for optimizing sales processes, facilitating data integration, and supporting the execution of channel-specific strategies. The ideal candidate will bring experience with sales platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, possess strong analytical skills, and play a vital role in assessing potential partnerships and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Strategic Account Manager for key e-commerce and retail partners, aligning with Boost Mobile's objectives.
- Execute sales strategies within the channel, adapting to market trends and ensuring business alignment.
- Streamline sales operations systems (e.g., order management, inventory tracking) for efficiency.
- Manage data integration and product listings via sales platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central) for accurate partner exchange.
- Analyze sales data with Sales Analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop sales tools, provide training, and support forecasting to align inventory and targets.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with a focus on supporting large accounts or a specific sales channel
- Preferred experience managing teams to drive operational success and align with business goals
- Experience with major sales platforms, such as Amazon Vendor Central, is highly beneficial
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and CRM systems
- Advanced skills in Excel and other data management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with sales management software such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
