Dynata is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency across the sales organization through forecasting, analytics, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to solve complex business problems. The individual will play a key role in supporting AMER sales leadership by providing insights and recommendations that improve sales performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and revenue projections, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced Excel models to support sales planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline sales processes.
  • Manage and optimize D365 (CRM) to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and effective pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, marketing) to align on business goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key sales performance metrics, such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, compensation plans, and sales initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to automate and scale reporting processes, improving visibility into sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing sales tools, processes, and systems to better support the sales organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role.
  • Strong forecasting capabilities with a proven track record of improving sales performance through accurate data insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to overcoming operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities

The base salary range for this position in is $90,000-125,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
