The Sales and Operation Lead is responsible for driving and maintaining profitable sales growth, demonstrating operational excellence, and maintaining delivery of the territory revenue and profit business plan (BP). The Sales and Operations Lead is expected to develop the people, invest in their skill set development, manage the accountabilities of district personnel, and utilize the resources effectively.
In addition to leading the sales function, the role serves as the senior-most representative of the company in Kazakhstan, accountable for overall country success, governance, and strategic execution through translating corporate objectives into country-level business plans with clear revenue, growth, and market share targets as well as providing ongoing market intelligence, including competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and growth opportunities.

Business & Country Leadership
- Define and execute the Kazakhstan growth strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Lead annual business planning, revenue forecasting, and growth initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain an engaged, high-performing organization focused on accountability and results.
- Represent the company in Kazakhstan, strengthening brand presence, customer relationships, and market reputation.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, industry sectors, and strategic partnerships.
Sales Growth & Customer Excellence
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and contingency plans to consistently deliver business plan targets.
- Drive account retention through Account Sustainability Audits (ASA), minimizing competitive losses and protecting market share.
- Champion Customer Value Advantage (CVA) methodologies to document and communicate customer value, supporting pricing and profitability objectives.
- Expand business within existing accounts while identifying and securing new growth opportunities.
Sales Force Leadership
- Lead, coach, and motivate the commercial team to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Establish robust sales forecasting, target-setting, and performance management processes.
