The French office is currently looking for its next rising star to join the sales team and help drive performance to the next level as a Sales Operations & Inbound SDR Intern.


This role is designed to support Account Executives by taking ownership of time-consuming operational, administrative and qualification tasks, allowing them to focus on closing and strategic account management.


This is a highly versatile internship combining sales operations, inbound lead qualification and deal support. By the end of the internship, you will have gained a strong, end-to-end understanding of how complex B2B sales cycles operate in a fast-growing international company.


What you’ll do

  • Support Account Executives in day-to-day sales execution and opportunity follow-up.
  • Conduct prospect research prior to sales calls (company context, decision-makers, recent news).
  • Own the drafting and updating of commercial contracts, proposals and deal documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales systems and internal tools to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Qualify inbound leads (website, email, referrals) using defined qualification criteria.
  • Conduct first-level discovery calls to assess fit, urgency and decision-making structure.
  • Route qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clear context, notes and next steps.
  • Ensure accurate lead status, qualification notes and handover in the CRM.
  • Build and enrich prospect lists for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct qualitative market research to support outbound strategies.
  • Monitor engagement and contribute to improving content performance.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene (data accuracy, pipeline updates, process adherence).
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new sales processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Language: Native-level French and fluent English are required.
  • Communication: Strong consultative selling abilities: intellectually curious, confident in navigating high-level conversations, and able to drive meetings to clear outcomes.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and creative in identifying business opportunities ; Data-driven and always looking to iterate and improve outbound approaches.
  • Collaboration & ownership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ; Takes full ownership of their pipeline and continuously works to improve conversion.
  • Organized, meticulous, and proactive, combining enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and unwavering motivation on a daily basis.
  • Highly creative, resourceful, and data-driven; comfortable with rapid iteration and quickly pivoting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills: loves meeting new people and engaging with multiple stakeholders every day.
