Sobre el puesto
Para la ampliación de nuestro equipo comercial en Barcelona, buscamos un Sales Operations Executive (Administrativo Comercial perfil Distribución tecnológica) que apoye la función de ventas interna mediante la gestión de pedidos, la elaboración de presupuestos precisos y la preparación de ofertas.
Responsabilidades clave
Responsable de la actividad diaria de carga de pedidos y elaboración de presupuestos, incluyendo cualquier procesamiento electrónico de pedidos.
Seguimiento de pedidos desde su registro hasta la facturación y el servicio postventa.
Gestión de pedidos del programa Kit Digital, incluyendo la coordinación con terceros.
Gestión de stock y realización de pedidos a fabricantes.
Uso de Excel para cargas masivas de pedidos.
Qué buscamos
Experiencia en gestión de pedidos y/o administración.
Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en momentos de alta carga de trabajo.
Perfil orientado a back‑office.
Nivel intermedio (mínimo) de Microsoft Excel.
