The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for driving auction performance and safeguarding marketplace integrity. This role monitors live auctions, optimizes asset visibility and results, ensures listing quality, and identifies opportunities to improve seller performance. The position also reviews participant activity to detect and mitigate potential risks, helping create a secure, transparent, and effective marketplace for all users.
Responsibilities- Monitor live auction activity to evaluate asset performance, identify gaps in progression, and take appropriate action to support successful sale outcomes
- Create and monitor daily watch lists, ensuring assets requiring intervention are actively assessed and addressed within required timelines to maintain auction momentum
- Monitor self-listed assets for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality; flag listings requiring updates or corrections
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to communicate listing issues, provide feedback, and support seller education efforts to improve listing quality and overall marketplace success
- Evaluate participant activity during live auctions to identify suspicious, non-compliant, or high-risk behavior that may impact transaction integrity or marketplace trust
- Initiate appropriate actions, including escalation and account restrictions, to prevent fraudulent activity and protect marketplace integrity
- Maintain accurate tracking of auction activity using internal systems and reporting tools
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, Sales Operations.
Education/ Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft (MS) Office, with a focus on demonstrated working knowledge of MS Excel
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; accurate and timely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of all leadership styles, personalities, and career levels (e.g., sales, accounting, logistics, warehouses)
Ability:
- Ability to apply attention to detail, role-related accuracy, and task follow-through

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:
- This role is primarily home office-based.

Pay & Benefits:
Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
The salary range for this position is $19.4 to $23.2 annually. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
