The S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Coordinator is the end-to-end process owner of the S&OE process responsible for managing daily and weekly operations plans, aligning demand and supply activities, and ensuring that short-term operational goals are met. The role involves close collaboration with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams to address real-time challenges and adjust plans as needed to meet customer expectations, while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.

This person is a well-rounded individual who encompasses strong analytical and communication skills. They can work under pressure and cross-functionally, to drive alignment with limited guidance and supervision.

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or production planning. Familiarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferred.

How you will thrive and create and impact:

Coordination and Communication

  • Support execution of the S&OE plan on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders promptly.
  • Facilitate daily or weekly meetings to address bottlenecks or urgent issues.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.
  • Analyze variances between plans and actual performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare and share reports with management on operational performance,  including executive level communication.

Issue Resolution

  • Work with planning and cross functional teams to identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational execution.
  • Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.
  • Develop reporting requirements and future tools to drive towards data driven decision making.
  • Contribute to streamlining workflows and optimizing resource utilization.

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$78,000.00 - $125,350.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
