The Sales & Operations Field Coordinator will oversee warehouse inventory, fleet operations, facility management, and call centre performance to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. The role also involves recruiting, developing, and supporting a network of retail Field Agents for lottery products, guiding field activities and expanding retailer presence to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will align operational efficiency with field execution, strengthening cost control and customer satisfaction across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee warehouse operations, including stock receiving, storage, inventory audits, and order accuracy.
Manage fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel tracking, and compliance with Tanzanian road and licensing regulations.
Oversee facility management, ensuring building systems and preventative maintenance meet operational needs.
Monitor call centre performance, including call volumes, response times, resolution rates, and SLA compliance.
Recruit, train, and support retail Field Agents, ensuring assigned call cycles and 100% retailer coverage.
Conduct regular audits of retailers and Field Agents, using results to inform sales performance and incentive calculations.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of retailers and manage churn by replacing underperforming retailers.
Support the Sales and Operations Lead in evaluating Field Agent performance and improving underperforming retailers.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a Certificate in Sales and Marketing (NQF Level 5)
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in warehouse or operations
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a Facilities environment
3 years of sales administrative experience
3 years' experience in FMCG or the gaming industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and route planning
Call centre management experience is an added advantage
