  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, Sales Operations, and technical teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn, and experiment with emerging AI and automation capabilities.
What you’ll do
  • Assess current operating processes and identify where AI or automation can improve speed, quality, or consistency.
  • Incrementally automate manual or semi-manual workflows across Sales Operations.
  • Design, configure, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for reporting, data processing, sales support, and content generation.
  • Integrate automation and AI tools with existing systems including CRMs, spreadsheets, presentations, and data sources.
  • Develop, test, and optimize prompts to drive reliable, high-quality outputs from AI models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into effective automation solutions
  • Apply basic SQL skills to query and manipulate large datasets (e.g., Google Big Query) in support of automation use cases
  • Keep up with new AI tools and trends, proactively suggesting practical ways to apply them within the business.
What’s in it for you
  • A hands-on role where you can directly influence how Sales Operations works through automation and AI.
  • Exposure to real, production-level AI use cases with measurable business impact.
