Sales Operations Associate
We are looking to appoint a Sales Operations Associate to offer day-to-day sales administration, process execution and content support for account managers. This includes – but is not limited to - keeping customer data, orders and sales documentation accurate and up to date.
About the RoleAs Sales Operations Associate you will support the day-to-day running of the sales channel, ensuring customer data, orders, and documentation are accurate and up to date. You’ll handle key administrative tasks, as well as proactively supporting the account managers with up-to-date and relevant data to drive quick, well-informed decisions with our key customers.
What You Will DoManage daily sales administration; including ensuring lines pull through Brandbank correctly for all dot com formats.
Own weekly reporting; EPOS trackers, customer scorecards, stock and availability.
Own the administration of the agreed customer promotional plan, internal & external.
Respond to internal & external queries, by answering questions from customers and colleagues escalating non-standard topics when required.
Complete CBU scorecards ahead of monthly meetings and provide recommendations on latest insight/data.
Support KAM’s with Aged Debt management as part of excellent account execution.
Maintain data quality in systems, by entering data carefully, check for inconsistencies and flag potential master data issues to Business Support or IT.
Time management and accuracy: Ability to execute multiple routine tasks with precision and within agreed timelines.
System skills: Confidence with using ERP/CRM and MS Office effectively for data entry and information retrieval.
Service orientation: Ability to manage internal and external queries in a professional, service-oriented manner.
Collaboration: Conduct close collaboration with Business Support, KAMs and Customer Service to resolve issues efficiently.
Communication skills : Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow and explain standard procedures.
Growth mindset: Demonstrates a proactive, opportunity-seeking attitude, learn from setbacks, and collaborate locally to unlock new commercial value.
