ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
- Help ensure accurate and timely incentive processing through data preparation, validation, and tracking
- Maintain and update sales and incentive data across systems and spreadsheets
- Generate and share recurring reports that support sales performance and decision-making
- Track and route incentive-related questions to ensure timely resolution
- Support the creation of reports, exhibits, and data summaries used in sales opportunities and proposals
- Compile data from approved sources into standardized templates and basic analytics
- Follow established processes and flag discrepancies related to incentives, reporting, or budgets
- Assist with system-related tasks such as testing, uploads, and basic configurations
- Support budget tracking and help monitor variances
- Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts and approvals
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant coursework welcome!)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow your career in sales operations
Where You’ll Work
- This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely and in the office as needed
- Candidates should be based in or near one of the following California locations: Cerritos, San Francisco, Oakland, or Rancho Cordova
- Ability to report to the office as needed is required

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental’s assessment of the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
Pay Grade 13. $33,900 - $68,500
