About the role
- MCCi is looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join the team. As a member of our Sales Operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the insights and operations that bring out the best in the sales organization. Partnering closely with other departments as a collaborative, sales-minded professional to improve the overall effectiveness of the sales process.
What you'll do
- Help optimize revenue efficiency by utilizing internal systems and processes
- Provide recommendations that enhance future performance and measurements
- Liaise with other teams, channeling information to the appropriate parties
- Complete and deliver proposals, estimates and quote requests with accuracy and efficiency
- Make updates to templates and internal documentation
- Gather feedback from teams on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
- Assist in training sales team on best uses of sales enablement material, as needed
- Support other sales efforts as assigned
- Receive new contracts, enter into CRM, and file appropriate documentation
- Notify sales and service team members of contracts received
What you'll need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Communications, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1–2-years' experience in a similar role, sales enablement and/or operations
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM and RFPIO (ConnectWise a plus!)
- Adaptability, self-motivation and resourcefulness
- Ability to organize multiple responsibilities at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of sales management best practices
- Advanced knowledge of MSOffice, (Excel required)
- Sales experience a plus
