As Sales Operations Manager, you will support the ASIA sales team’s target achievement by driving sales excellence and efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring rigorous governance execution, providing sales teams and sales leaders with insightful facts and metrics, and by allowing sales reps to focus on selling and closing in a efficient way.
Sales Process and governance:
· Maintain and ensure proper implementation of Global Sales policies, procedures, and any sales-related resource material. Ensure discipline with regards to process and rules execution
· Proactively contribute to global sales team efficiency by proposing any new (or updated) process to solve any identified major pain points
· Calculate commission payments and support an escalation process for disputes
Reporting:
· Support regional sales leader and sales teams in achieving their goal and sales target by providing them insightful metrics and visibility on sales goals and achievements (target, pipeline, forecast, identified area of risk, etc.)
· Support sales management (Sales leader, sales manager, CRO, Global sales ops) in defining the GTM strategy by conducting insightful analysis on local ASIA markets and customers and providing concrete action plan.
· Provide c-level / investors with appropriate reports (weekly, monthly, as well as ad hoc requests)
Sales enablement:
· Train new sales team members for sales excellence (rules, processes and tools)
· Manage local deployment of HQ initiative and sales enablement program, while also proactively adapting global programs to local needs, market and specificity.
Professional Background
· 5-year experience in sales operations or business analyst
· Experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment is a strong plus
