Position Title: Sales Operations and Data Analyst
Work Set-up: WFH
Schedule: 3:30PM to 12:30AM PHT
Salary: PH55,000 – PHP75,000
Holidays: UK Holidays
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Sales Operations & Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in supporting our Sales Managers and leadership team by taking ownership of sales reporting, operational coordination, data analysis, and performance tracking across multiple client accounts.
You will play a key role in collating and analyzing sales data, producing actionable reports, identifying trends, and helping to build scalable operational systems that support business growth. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, commercially aware, systems-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Qualifications as a Sales Operations & Data Analyst:
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Data Analysis, Reporting, Executive Assistant, or similar operational support roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, sales reporting, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, dashboards, formulas, and trend tracking.
• Experience collating and managing data from multiple sources and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to generate reports and present insights in a clear, structured, and commercially meaningful way.
• Highly analytical with excellent numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising with clients, sales managers, and leadership teams.
• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities within sales data.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and automation platforms to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting fast-paced or scaling businesses is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting systems, or sales performance platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in calendar management, scheduling coordination, and operational support is beneficial but not essential.
As a Sales Operations & Data Analyst:
• Collecting, collating, and organizing sales data from multiple clients and sales teams.
• Build, manage, and maintain sales reporting dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reports using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and management packs.
• Analyze sales activity, conversion rates, trends, and team performance metrics to provide meaningful operational insights.
• Support the creation and management of visual reporting systems, including performance matrices and sales scorecards.
• Work closely with Sales Managers and leadership to support data-driven coaching and client strategy discussions.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of sales data.
• Assist with operational workflows, scheduling coordination, and client communications where required.
• Help standardize reporting processes and create scalable operational systems across multiple client accounts.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting quality, and workflow processes.
• Maintain structured documentation, reporting templates, and organized data systems.
• Provide proactive support that enables Sales Managers to focus on client growth, coaching, and revenue generation.
