Uber Freight Mexico is looking for Sales Operations Analyst ho is responsible for developing and maintaining sales forecasts, quota plans, and territory assignments for the expansion sales team, ensuring effective planning and goal distribution. Analyzes pipeline health, conversion metrics, and deal progression to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization. Additionally, creates weekly and monthly performance dashboards, as well as executive summaries, to provide leadership with strategic visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Support territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation strategies
• Partner with sales managers on coaching and performance management initiatives
• Own Salesforce CRM hygiene, data governance, and reporting infrastructure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Product teams on strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and best-practice adoption across the team
What we are looking for:
Required Qualifications
- Two - four years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or commercial analytics
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through metrics, insights, and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and deadline discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B SaaS environments
- Exposure to forecasting methodologies, territory modeling, or quota management
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
