Our Sales Operations team is seeking a highly experienced, collaborative, and analytically driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the Global Specialty Product organization. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and partners closely with the Vice President of Sales to drive operational rigor, performance insights, and business outcomes across the specialty product portfolio.
The individual in this role will be accountable for end‑to‑end sales operations support, including consumption, bookings, and pipeline analysis; quota and target setting; productivity and headcount reporting; and the development of executive‑level insights and presentations. This position plays a critical role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making and supporting strategic planning for global sales leadership.
The Role:
- Facilitates the semi- annual planning process:
- Collaborate with Product team and Sales VP on creating Consumption targets and dependencies
- Allocate consumption quota and booking targets down to AE level. Track performance
- Identify lighthouse/target account list
- Maintain quota book updates and changes as well as system set ups for new hires
- Reporting and analysis:
- Produce and manage weekly executive‑level business performance reviews, including consumption, bookings, pipeline, and productivity metrics.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis that inform sales strategy, execution, and investment decisions by tracking risk areas and higher performing areas
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date organizational charts and CRM data to support reporting integrity.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all sales performance reporting.

- Executive & Leadership Support
- Develop high‑quality executive presentations and readouts for senior sales and product leadership.
- Provide thought partnership to Sales leadership through data‑driven analysis and clear, concise storytelling.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align data, insights, and business priorities.
What will help you succeed
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations within a software or technology organization, with a strong focus on consumption‑based business models.
- Proven experience partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders and influencing senior decision‑makers.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high sense of urgency in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce; expert‑level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience supporting global sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong track record of managing, analyzing, and deriving insights from large‑scale account and sales datasets.

- The base salary range for this role is $138,000 - $175,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
