How You Will Make an Impact

The Sales Operations Analyst will leverage operational and commercial data to drive continuous improvement and deliver data-driven insights to Sales and Account Management teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring reporting accuracy, forecasting reliability, and analytics excellence to enhance client satisfaction and support strategic decision-making.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and operational data to develop recurring reports that track performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Compile and analyze data to build and tailor QBR presentations for clients; attend client meetings as needed to provide analytical support.
  • Partner with the Sales team to organize, validate, and present forecast data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Serve as a power user of CRM systems, AES application, Power BI, Domo, and other data platforms to support reporting needs and ad hoc requests.
  • Provide analytical support and reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and preparing data exhibits for executive and board-level presentations.

Qualifications       

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related function
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • CRM experience required; Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred
  • Oil & Gas industry experience preferred but not required
  • Based in Austin, TX (onsite role)
