We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, business-savvy professional who excels at data integrity, process documentation, time management, communication, and building strong partnerships. Job Description
Assess priorities, anticipate bottlenecks, and balance project demands to drive timely and effective outcomes.
Drive customer contract audits and verification, ensuring data accuracy and quality assurance. This includes managing the full lifecycle of various agreements (including $0 add-ons, early access, and low-value standard contracts), and performing master contract review to ensure data accuracy.
Manage the proposal process for customer account-related questionnaires, from initial review to final deliverable, ensuring professionalism and accountability.
Track and support Customer usage-based data, including renewals.
Support M&A integrations for legacy customer setup (account, quote, order, etc.) ensuring data is accurate and complies with internal and external audit policies.
Seek ways to improve our team’s operational efficiency by documenting, reviewing, and improving processes using automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and identifying redundancy.
Support the internal implementation of LinkedIn Sales Navigator along with reporting and implementing ways to improve adoption and enablement.
Ensure compliance with published sales and business policies, advocating for and partnering with internal teams to resolve complex sales issues.
Build productive cross-functional relationships among sales, finance, legal, customer success and other departments to drive efficiency and satisfaction in the operations process.
Test and document Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionality for our operations and sales teams, identifying bugs and enhancements, and resolving issues with the Business Technology team.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc responsibilities as assigned, including data cleanup and Highspot content management.

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to document procedures clearly.
Suggesting and implementing solutions when faced with challenges.
Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office software skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Communications) or three or more years of experience providing professional sales support.
Preferred
Experience in contract administration, CRM data & account maintenance, content management, and project management.
Familiarity with RFP and Security Questionnaire management.
Prior experience in a technology or SaaS environment.

This position requires at least 3 days per week in the Bangalore office with 2 days per week remote. All new hires participate in our in-person orientation process to ensure you feel connected and supported from day one.
