About the role

Sales Operations is at the heart of the sales and marketing led growth engine of the company.  The team runs the core sales systems (Salesforce CRM and related systems), manages the workflow of leads to opportunities from marketing to sales, designs the right structures, processes & enablement to scale the sales organization, and supports sales management with reporting and analysis to drive effectiveness, productivity and scale.

What you’ll be doing

This role will be at the core of the Sales Ops engine. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations, this individual will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for the sales team, answer reporting and deal desk questions, resolve routine requests, and route complex items to the right owner.
  • Develop and distribute regular sales reports to support leadership decision-making and forecast reviews.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau for real-time performance tracking.
  • Prepare and transform datasets for analysis using SQL.
  • Monitor pipeline health, track performance against targets, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate partner deal registration status and attribution in Salesforce and escalate policy questions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Admin and Sales Enablement on improvements, how-tos, and adoption.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have 

  • 2–4+ years in Sales Operations or Analytics supporting B2B sales
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and pipeline management fundamentals
  • Clear written communication and a dependable weekly operating cadence

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience improving dashboard performance by moving heavy logic to SQL
  • Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms and partner operations tools (e.g., Gong, Clari)
