Responsibilities
Monitor and manage sales pipeline health by tracking deal progression, pipeline coverage, and conversion rates, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and gaps that may impact revenue outcomes
Support sales execution and deal progression by providing timely insights to sales managers on at-risk opportunities, pipeline movement, and areas requiring attention during pipeline reviews and inspection cadences
Drive adoption and effective use of sales tools and systems by reinforcing CRM usage, supporting reporting needs, and acting as a resource for sales teams on data, dashboards, and workflows
Enhance sales performance reporting and dashboards, delivering clear visibility into pipeline metrics, bookings performance, and sales activity to support day-to-day decision-making
Analyze sales data and revenue intelligence platform insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for sales managers and leadership
Leverage revenue intelligence tools to track deal risk signals, pipeline trends, and forecast indicators, supporting sales teams in improving deal outcomes and pipeline quality
Support forecasting processes by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining consistent pipeline inputs, and providing analysis to improve visibility into forecast risks and opportunities
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales efficiency, reduce manual work, and streamline reporting and operational workflows
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve reporting efficiency, summarize insights, and support sales productivity through faster and more scalable analysis
Assist in onboarding and training sales team members on CRM usage, reporting tools, and sales processes, ensuring consistent adoption and understanding across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to support alignment on reporting, data definitions, and operational processes
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a related business or data-focused role
Strong analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot), including opportunity management, reporting, and maintaining data quality and pipeline accuracy
Experience building and maintaining reports or dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms) to support sales performance tracking
Solid understanding of sales processes and pipeline management, including opportunity lifecycle stages, conversion metrics, and pipeline inspection practices
Familiarity with SaaS business models and metrics, including pipeline coverage, bookings, and basic forecasting concepts
Experience working with revenue intelligence or analytics platforms, or the ability to quickly learn and leverage such tools
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support sales teams in improving performance and execution
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, streamline analysis, and improve reporting workflows
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
