Join our team as a Sales Operations Analyst in our Newport Beach, CA office and become the engine behind our commercial deal execution through our deal desk process.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, a strong work ethic with a flexible schedule, and a clear sense of urgency. Someone who loves solving problems, working cross-functionally, and making a visible impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
  • Be the Deal Champion: Review and structure deals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and speed. You’ll own the deal flow from quote to signature using Salesforce and DealHub.
  • Support the Sales Team: Be the go-to resource for reps needing quick, reliable help with pricing, quoting, and approvals.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain clean data, streamline workflows, and keep deals moving through utilizing technology with precision.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales to eliminate bottlenecks and improve deal velocity.
  • Lead Commission Reporting: Own the bi-monthly commission reporting process,  including report generation, payout interpretation, and communication to individual sales reps.

Who You Are:
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Experience using Salesforce and DealHub
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
  • Obsessive about the details, you catch what others miss
  • Flexible work schedule for times of high volume such as month end close. Early mornings are required.
  • You prioritize well and stay calm under pressure
  • A team player who communicates clearly and works well across departments
  • Expert working in Excel
  • Experience in high-growth, SaaS, or healthcare technology is a bonus
