Position Description:
This role will coordinate with the PAR Technology Restaurant Group leadership to drive operational excellence and achievement of sales objectives. Success in this role will rely on strong communication, an inquisitive mindset and natural affinity to streamline system reporting and tools. The person in this role will support multiple product verticals through dashboards and reporting, management of sales systems and ad-hoc analysis with the goal to drive process efficiency and financial goal attainment. This position is remote and will report to the Director of Sales Operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in analytical role, related industry a plus but not required.
- 5+ years using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Forecasting tool
- 2+ years using reporting solutions, preferably PowerBI
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong self-starter, with a track record of completing high value projects and ability to innovate.
- A. or B.S. college degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
- Design sales performance reports, views, and dashboards to analyze sales performance data using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce
- Publish and present findings around goal attainment, forecast accuracy, opportunity health, and other sales related reporting to senior leadership.
- Support sales enablement through documentation and coaching with solutions such as Salesforce, Gong, SPIIFF and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Drive continuous process improvement including project management of system enhancements that will lead to business insights.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position will be eligible for an additional $10,000 commission based on quarterly goals supporting the Sales org
