We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of Waltham, MA.
Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst is an integral role on the GTM, Sales Operations team contributing to the growth and expansion of the CRO function at Imprivata. This role is highly visible and key to driving critical strategic initiatives for the sales organization.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will turn ambiguous problems into actionable solutions. You will identify opportunities, align across cross-functional stakeholders, conduct data analytics, bookings forecasting (product and services), pipeline analysis, deal structuring and partnership with sales leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drives weekly forecast calls and top deal data collection, assisting management in assessing risk and upside in deals and overall forecast.
- Provides analysis on Sales KPIs including forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression and bookings linearity.
- Support Services organization- bookings forecast, discounting & attach analysis
- Focus on data and modelling to drive improvements in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
- Provide insights on sales trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate and work cross functionally.
- Proactively monitors and drives system clean up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in Sales Operations /Finance /Business Operations.
- Working with large complex data sets.
- Experience in Salesforce and reporting.
- Good knowledge of excel.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
This position offers a total compensation range of $91,800.00 to $101,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
